The Bill (Reg. No5544-1) envisaged supplement of the clause 183 of the Criminal Code by the parts envisaging liability for the violation of the right on education in the course of the testing conduction and also during the its result use and numerous other infringements in this sphere.
The Bill also suggests supplement of the Criminal Code of Ukraine by an additional article 3301 envisaging criminal liability for the purpose spreading of the secret information if it caused
considerable damage to the interests of the state of individual´s rights.
The Commitee members upheld the Bill as its adoption counteracts violations in educational sphere and the field of External Independent Education Quality Testing.
Moreover, article 212-5 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements is to be altered in the part of increase of the penalty rates for the violations in the External Independent Education Quality Testing sphere.
